Job DetailsResponsibilities:

• * Evaluate and manage pre-litigation cases in the area of Lemon Law.
• * Evaluate statute of limitations for new matters and audit newly signed cases for completeness.
• * Conduct thorough case analysis and develop effective strategies.
• * Communicate and negotiate with manufacturers and dealerships.
• * Prepare legal documents, including demand letters and settlement agreements.
• * Provide counsel and support to clients throughout the pre-litigation process.

Qualifications:

• * MUST BE ADMITTED TO THE CALIFORNIA STATE BAR.
• * Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• * Ability to handle an aggressive caseload..
• * Ability to build rapport with clients and defense counsel.
• * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
