Job Description

Consumer Relation – $25 per hour - PART TIME

Our client, a well-established global consumer goods organization, in Parsippany, NJ is looking for hardworking, motivated talent to join their team. Pay Rate: $25 per hour
Shift: 9 AM - 5 PM
Schedule: 2 days per week in person
- Monday must be one of the day, flexible on the 2nd day

What will you be doing?

Supporting the Consumer Relations Business Unit
Handle inbound consumer communications via phone and email
Respond to general inquiries and provide administrative and fulfillment support
Process letters, packages, and documentation accurately and efficiently
Review reports and data to ensure accuracy across workflows
Support daily operational tasks and collaborate with cross-functional teams

What do you bring?

Positive, can‑do attitude with strong communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset
Strong attention to detail with the ability to think strategically and look beyond immediate tasks to optimize outcomes
Associate’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant professional experience
Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Comfortable working with data, reports, CRM systems, and handling administrative duties
Ability to manage both repetitive tasks and evolving responsibilities in a fast‑paced environment
Experience with user‑generated content platforms (Bazaarvoice, Sprinklr) or Amazon Vendor Central is a plus
