Job Description
We're looking for a service oriented banker to join our Contact Center.
Adams Bank & Trust is a growing, family-owned, regional bank with branches in Colorado, Nebraska, Kansas, and Arizona.
If you enjoy speaking with and assisting people, our Contact Center could be the perfect fit for you. This position is full time with a comprehensive benefit package which includes 401(k), health insurance, paid time off, and paid holidays.
Eligibility for placement at any of our branches in Colorado or Nebraska, space permitting.
POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for independently performing a variety of complex duties relating to customer and electronic services, including Internet banking, telephone banking, mobile banking, Bill Pay, and deposit related customer questions. Responsible for processing transactions, resolving problems, and providing exceptional customer service.
Receives calls primarily focused on services and on providing support to current customers. Answers inquiries regarding bank products, services, or fees. Responds to customer inquiries using standard scripts, dialogues, or talking points.
