The Geeky Greens is an award-winning TikTok Live shopping agency and studio producing high-production, high-conversion eCommerce livestreams for top consumer brands. We run each brand’s TikTok Live channel end to end, from storefront strategy to live execution. Every day, our studios are full of Hosts, Co-Host Producers, and Brand Ambassadors creating moments worth sharing, and right now most of them never make it past the studio walls. That’s where you come in.We value moving quickly and decisively so we plan to hold final round interviews for this role by Saturday October

The Role: Content & Brand Marketing Specialist

You’ll own The Geeky Greens’ content and digital presence. That means planning and shooting content in our studios, managing our social channels, showcasing our client results, and helping turn our brand into a magnet for new clients and new talent. A huge part of this will also be crafting and executing our employer branding along with our Talent Acquisition team!

This role is content-first. We need someone who can walk into a live show, recognize a great moment, capture it, and turn it into something worth posting. Scheduling posts and sending emails matter too, but the heart of this job is creating.

What You’ll Do

Content Creation & Social Media

• Build and manage our content calendar
• Shoot engaging content in our studios with hosts, producers, and team members
• Create behind-the-scenes videos, studio tours, team highlights, and company updates
• Produce polished client success stories, case studies, and performance highlights
• Edit short-form video yourself or coordinate with external editors
• Manage and grow our presence across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and other relevant platforms

Brand Marketing & Digital Presence

• Strengthen our brand identity and online presence
• Keep our website current with fresh content, case studies, and company information
• Coordinate with external designers and developers on larger website projects
• Create marketing materials that showcase our capabilities, results, and services

Business Development & Recruitment Marketing

• Create content that attracts new brand clients and future team members
• Support email campaigns, newsletters, and client outreach
• Maintain and organize marketing contacts in our CRM
• Help manage inbound inquiries and coordinate follow-ups with our business development team
• Highlight our culture, career opportunities, and employee stories both on our website and social media as well as to external eyes, such as at trade shows and recruiting events

How You’ll Work

• On-site in our studios, capturing real moments as they happen (however, this role is hybrid)
• Collaborate closely with hosts, Co-Host Producers, and Growth Managers as well as stakeholders, HR and Talent Acquisition
• Partner with our business development team on inbound leads and client outreach
• Manage outside specialists (editors, designers, developers) when projects call for it
• Own your projects independently in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience in social media marketing and short-form content creation
• Comfort shooting video and directing people on camera
• Solid understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
• Polished visual taste, storytelling instincts, and copywriting skills
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage projects independently
• Nice to have: background in creator marketing, eCommerce, or entertainment

• Business development: More qualified inbound brand inquiries and leads
