Overview
Job Description
We’re looking for someone to help grow a small but expanding children’s enrichment program (Petal Path Montessori Academy) through social media and simple marketing efforts.
This is a very part-time, flexible role (approx. 5–10 hours/week to start) and ideal for someone creative who enjoys working with small brands.
What you’ll do:
- Create and schedule Instagram + Facebook posts
- Help plan simple marketing campaigns (giveaways, promos, events)
- Capture or edit content (photos/videos of classes, space, etc.)
- Write captions that match a clean, elevated brand feel
- Make simple Canva graphics
- Help us get more local families through the door
What we’re looking for:
- Strong eye for aesthetic (clean, Montessori-inspired, not cluttered)
- Experience with Instagram/Facebook/TikTok (Reels is a plus)
- Self-starter who doesn’t need a lot of direction
Nice to have:
- Experience with small businesses, daycares, or kids brands
- Basic understanding of local marketing
