The manager would prefer this be an onsite position in Cleveland, OH or Buffalo, NY however she would be open to remote for the right candidate.

Job Summary

The Content Enablement Specialist supports the execution of federated content model by combining technical enablement, GenAI solution support, and content operations. This role contributes directly to:Authoring and maintaining shared services contentEnabling LOB teams to create high-quality contentSupporting and improving GenAI-powered capabilitiesMonitoring and improving content quality, consistency, and performanceThe position requires both technical aptitude (AI + platform workflows) and content judgment.

Essential Functions Shared Services Content AuthoringCreate and maintain enterprise shared content within enterprise Knowledge Management software.Structure content for:Clarity and usabilityAI consumption and search effectivenessApply templates, standards, and metadata to ensure consistency for user consumption and support of GenAI usage.Enable Line of Business Authoring through Onboarding and Ongoing SupportSupport onboarding of new LOBs into KM platformProvide guidance on:Authoring standardsTemplates and structureBest practices for AI-ready content

" Facilitate working sessions to help SMEs successfully publish content

GenAI Support & OptimizationSupport and refine AI-enabled capabilities, including:AI-generated draft contentContent similarity and consolidation recommendationsStaleness detectionSmart tagging and metadata generationContent performance insights (engagement, usage trends)Assist with:Prompt design and tuningTesting GenAI outputs for accuracy and consistencyMonitor performance and recommend improvementsTesting & System SupportExecute testing on:Content workflowsGenAI capabilitiesTroubleshoot issues and support root cause analysisEnsure adherence to system requirements and user expectationsRequired QualificationsStrong written and oral communication skillsStrong communication skills across technical and business audiencesAnalytical thinking and problem-solving abilityExperience with knowledge management or enterprise content platformsFamiliarity with Agile delivery practicesPreferred QualificationsExperience working with:GenAI tools or AI-enabled workflowsContent systems, platforms, or structured documentationExperience in regulated environments (banking, financial services, healthcare, etc.)Skills / CompetenciesAbility to work across multiple priorities and stakeholdersStrong attention to detail and qualityTechnical curiosity and ability to learn evolving AI capabilitiesFacilitation and stakeholder support skills
