Job Description:As the first content hire at Console, you will architect a high-impact content engine from the ground up. You'll drive awareness and pipeline by crafting narrative-driven content that resonates with IT leaders. This is a rare opportunity to define the voice of a category-defining company while scaling operations toward a Series B.

What you will do:
Architect and execute the full content lifecycle across SEO, case studies, sales enablement, social media, and narrative-driven blog posts.
Partner directly with founders and the Head of Growth to establish Console's unique brand voice and market positioning.
Drive commercial outcomes by building scalable distribution processes that turn storytelling into a predictable source of high-intent pipeline.
The ideal candidate:
5+ years of B2B SaaS content experience with a proven track record of producing high-quality editorial work that drives revenue.
Strategic thinker with a commercial mindset who understands how content influences the buyer journey from first touch to close.
Adaptable operator comfortable moving fast in a San Francisco-based, in-person environment to shape a world-class early team.
