Job Description

Immediate need for a talented Contract Administration - Legal / Legal Operations Specialist. This is a 06+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Plano, TX(Hybrid). Independently manage and evaluate key Legal Department operations.
Improve processes related to legal intake and matter management.
Oversee contract lifecycle management and marketing legal operations.
Collaborate on cross-functional legal initiatives to drive efficiency.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

5+ years of experience in legal operations or a related field.
Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management processes.
Proven ability to enhance operational efficiency within a legal department.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Experience with legal intake systems.
Familiarity with trademark operations.
Background in cross-functional project management.
