LINK Staffing is hiring a Contracts and Billing Clerk for an administrative support role involving billing, contract setup, data entry, scanning, and customer account documentation.

This position is a good fit for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, comfortable using computers, and willing to learn industry-specific software. The role requires strong follow-through, accurate written communication, and the ability to manage several clerical tasks throughout the day.

Overtime is required during the first week of the month.

What You’ll Do

• Process daily route sheets and update records accurately
• Create maintenance contracts for new equipment
• Scan documents and organize files
• Enter equipment builds into the software system
• Process and bill equipment deals sold during the month
• Audit filter setup in the system to make sure records are current and complete
• Collect printer meter information
• Cover reception during lunch, breaks, and phone overflow when needed

• Strong attention to detail for billing, contracts, and data entry
• Good computer skills, including email, document organization, and written communication
• Able to organize tasks, prioritize work, and manage time well
• Able to work independently while communicating with other departments
• Comfortable multitasking and staying focused on detailed work
• Professional written communication with correct grammar, spelling, and punctuation
• Willingness to learn industry-specific software
• Able to work overtime during the first week of the month
