About Mariana Minerals

We’re reimagining the minerals supply chain by combining deep industry expertise with advanced software, automation, and data-driven decision-making.
What You’ll Do
Develop, update, and maintain 2D and 3D drawings and models using AutoCAD Plant 3D, Civil 3D, and Revit
Support multi-disciplinary layouts, including:
Equipment and general arrangement plans
Civil drawing support
Maintenance of CAD standards across projects
Ensure high accuracy and quality of drawings and models, with strict adherence to project and company standards
Support BIM and digital delivery workflows, including:
Model cleanup, coordination, and standardization
Assist with automation and efficiency improvements using basic scripting and tools such as Python, PowerShell, AutoLISP
Prepare drawings and models for design reviews, construction, and field execution
Maintain organized project files, templates, and documentation in accordance with internal CAD/BIM standards
Collaborate closely with engineers, project managers, and external consultants to provide drafting and modeling support
Assist with laser scanning registration from LiDAR and SLAM based scanners
What You’ll Bring
3+ years' experience as a CAD Designer, CAD Drafter, BIM Designer or similar role
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (Civil 3D, Plant 3D Preferred)
Experience working on industrial, mining, manufacturing, or infrastructure projects (preferred)
Ability to work across multiple disciplines, not limited to a single trade
