Job RequirementsEducation Requirements:
- Valid RN or LPN license in Minnesota
Certifications Requirements:
- CPR certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Experience Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing setting
- Experience working with elderly or chronic care patients
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and nights
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle physically demanding tasks and stand for extended periods

Job Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in the skilled nursing facility.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individual care plans.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient care and progress.
- Administer medications and treatments following facility protocols and safety standards.
