Contract Management Support Specialist

Location: Idaho Falls, ID

Work Arrangement: Onsite

Type: Full-Time

Clearance: Suitability

Travel: Up to 10%

Job Summary:

Provides specialized administrative and technical support to the Contracting Officers (COs) and other contract management personnel. This role involves preparing, routing, and distributing contract-related correspondence; maintaining contract modification records; preparing various reports for managers; assisting with annual financial assistance awards; and providing IDMS support.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Prepare, route, and distribute contract-related correspondence
  • Maintain contract modification records
  • Prepare various reports for contract managers
  • Assist with annual financialassistance awards
  • Provide IDMS support
  • Support Contracting Officers and contract management personnel with administrative tasks

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field + 3 years relevant experience
  • Equivalency:Associate's Degree + 5 years relevant experience; OR 7 years relevant experience
  • Strong understanding of federal contracting processes and FAR principles (especially Parts 4, 13, 15, 16)
  • Excellent organizational and document management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and federal acquisition systems (e.g., IDMS, STARS)
