Job Summary:
Provides specialized administrative and technical support to the Contracting Officers (COs) and other contract management personnel. This role involves preparing, routing, and distributing contract-related correspondence; maintaining contract modification records; preparing various reports for managers; assisting with annual financial assistance awards; and providing IDMS support.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Prepare, route, and distribute contract-related correspondence
- Maintain contract modification records
- Prepare various reports for contract managers
- Assist with annual financialassistance awards
- Provide IDMS support
- Support Contracting Officers and contract management personnel with administrative tasks
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field + 3 years relevant experience
- Equivalency:Associate's Degree + 5 years relevant experience; OR 7 years relevant experience
- Strong understanding of federal contracting processes and FAR principles (especially Parts 4, 13, 15, 16)
- Excellent organizational and document management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and federal acquisition systems (e.g., IDMS, STARS)
