Job Requirements
- Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in medical laboratory science or related field from an accredited institution*
- Certifications Requirements: ASCP certification, BLS certification*
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of generalist laboratory experience with phlebotomy skills*
- Other Requirements: Ability to work 36 hours per week, strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, ability to work independently, flexibility to adapt to shift changes

Job Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and timely laboratory testing results in accordance with facility protocols.*
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure proper sample collection, processing, and documentation.*
- Maintain compliance with all safety and quality standards, including ASCP certification and BLS requirements.*
- Monitor and operate laboratory equipment, troubleshooting issues as needed.*
- Document all procedures and results accurately within the EMR system.
