- Certifications Requirements: TX COTA License, BLS certification.
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of LTC experience.
- Other Requirements: Ability to work days, physically capable of assisting patients, excellent communication skills, reliable transportation, and adaptability to facility needs.
