Occupational Therapist

Pierre, SD

As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a crucial role in evaluating patients, developing personalized treatment and discharge plans, and delivering therapy that enhances their quality of life. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and families.

Evaluate and treat patients per physician orders/referrals
Develop and update individualized treatment/discharge plans
Document services accurately and timely
Supervise COTAs per practice acts and facility policies
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families
Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards

Qualifications include:

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD)
Active state OT license (or ability to obtain)
Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
