Requirements:
Current and valid Connecticut Physical Therapist (PT) license required
Minimum 1+ years of recent SNF experience as a Physical Therapist within the last 2 years preferred
Current BLS certification required
Strong documentation and patient care skills
Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team
