This role sits at the center of mission support, coordinating orders, solving problems, and helping ensure the people protecting communities and our country to receive the gear they depend on.

Tactical supply business that provides mission-essential equipment to: • Department of Defense • Law enforcement agencies • First responders

Your work directly contributes to ensuring agencies receive the equipment they rely on in real-world operations.What You'll Actually Do:

You will operate as the coordination hub between customers, vendors, and the internal sales team.

Daily responsibilities include:

• Processing quotes and sales orders • Tracking order status and shipment timelines • Communicating with agencies and customers • Resolving order and contract questions • Supporting the sales team with administrative coordination • Researching products and working with vendors • Managing customer expectations and follow-up • Using SAP for order and pricing management

Requirements

Experience • 2+ years in customer service, inside sales support, or administrative operations

Technical • SAP (preferred) • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams) • CRM familiarity

Nice to Have (Not Required) • Military or law enforcement familiarity • Government contracting exposure • Tactical equipment interest
