Job Requirements- Education Requirements: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Certifications Requirements: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS (all must be current and valid)
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of progressive care unit (PCU) experience; previous travel experience preferred but not required
- Other Requirements: Ability to perform wound care, central line dressing changes, and titrate multiple drips; EPIC EMR experience; must be comfortable floating within scope of practice; physical ability to perform nursing duties; excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Provide high-quality nursing care to adult patients in a progressive care setting, including assessments, monitoring, and treatment planning.
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and titrate drips such as Cardizem, amiodarone, nitro, heparin, and insulin using Endotool, ensuring accurate documentation and patient safety.
- Perform wound care, dressing changes, and central line management, including dressing changes and blood draws, demonstrating confidence in procedures as needed.
- Utilize EPIC electronic medical records system for documenting patient care, updating charts, and communicating with interdisciplinary teams efficiently.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care, float within facilities as per protocol, and adapt to changing patient needs while maintaining compliance with facility policies.
