Contract RN - Long Term Care, Great Bend Ness, Kansas - 13 weeks

Job Requirements

Education Requirements:

Valid RN license in the state of Kansas.

Certifications Requirements:

CPR certification.*
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.*
Emergency Nursing certification (preferred but not mandatory).

Experience Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in Long Term Care.*
Previous night shift experience preferred.*
Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.

Other Requirements:

Ability to work night shifts (6p-6a).*
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.*
Ability to stand, walk, and lift supplies regularly.

Job Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in the Long Term Care facility during night shifts.*
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement resident care plans.*
Document patient assessments, treatments, and progress accurately in EMR systems.*
Monitor residents vital signs and identify changes in health status promptly.*
