Job Description
Job Title: Contract Specialist Location: BEAR CREEK, WA Salary Range: $50/hr to $60/hr on W2 Introduction
The role involves working with a team primarily focused on partner management and contracting for companies that provide engineering support or cloud software tools. This position is designed to augment and support the existing resources of the team to meet cyclical business needs.
Prior contract management experience
- Experience working on agreements within the industry
- Experience working with gaming studios
- Experience as a support coordinator
- Experience with process documentation and organization
- Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Manage the contract process through completion
- Assist with help desk tickets related to contract management
- Contribute to process documentation and organization
- Start template drafts of Statements of Work (SOWs)
- Coordinate contract reviews through meetings, conference calls, and email
- Serve as a point of contact to educate the user community in the Contract Management & Compliance Process
