Key Accountabilities
- Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to understand immediate hiring needs, role requirements, and timelines; provide guidance on effective recruitment strategies
- Manage full‑cycle recruitment for assigned U.S.-based roles, from intake meetings through sourcing, interviewing, offer extension, and acceptance
- Proactively source candidates using multiple channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, referrals, and Boolean search techniques
- Identify and engage passive candidates through targeted outreach and market‑driven sourcing strategies
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/virtual interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and role fit
- Coordinate and manage interview logistics, including scheduling, interviewer preparation, and feedback collection
- Maintain timely communication with candidates and hiring teams to ensure a positive and professional candidate experience
- Support compensation discussions and offers in alignment with internal guidelines and market data
- Provide real‑time talent market insights to hiring managers, including availability, competitiveness, and hiring risks
- Ensure all recruiting activity is accurately documented in the Applicant Tracking System (Workday), including candidate notes, interview outcomes, and status updates
- Act as a brand ambassador for Envista in all candidate interactions, representing the company’s values and culture
Job Requirements:
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–5+ years of professional recruiting experience (in‑house and/or agency) with strong full‑cycle delivery
- Experience supporting corporate, sales/commercial, manufacturing, or regulated environments
- Demonstrated hands‑on sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean search techniques
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment
- Solid interviewing and assessment skills
- Working knowledge of U.S. employment laws and ethical hiring practices
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills
- Ability to work onsite in Brea four days per week for the duration of the contract (April 1 – June 30, 2026)
- Nice to have: prior experience with Workday Recruiting
Target Market Salary Range:
Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed reasonable estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Envista, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
