Job Title:Contractor - Real Estate Lending

Location(s):GPO (Pensacola, FL)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a candidate with a background in communications, public relations, marketing, or a related field. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating and executing communication plans across multiple channels and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align messaging and priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

Translate complex information into clear, employee-friendly messaging.
Create and execute communication plans across multiple channels (intranet, email, digital platforms, etc.).
Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align messaging and priorities.
Review content for clarity, consistency, and compliance with guidelines.
Utilize or learn internal communication platforms and tools (e.g., SharePoint, AEM, Staff base, Asana).
Measure communication effectiveness and apply insights to improve outcomes.
Balance structure and creativity while working with increasing independence.

Required Qualifications:

2 years of experience in communications, public relations, marketing, or a related field.
Strong writing skills for translating complex information into clear messaging.
Experience in employee engagement and change communications.
Detail-oriented with a data-informed mindset.
