Job Title:Business Operations Specialist

Location(s): GPO (Pensacola, FL)

Job Summary:

The Business Operations Specialist will support the Real Estate Lending team by facilitating operational processes and ensuring efficient workflow within the department. The role requires a candidate who can work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment, reporting onsite a minimum of 3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the management of real estate lending operations.
Coordinate with team members to ensure compliance with client Hybrid Guidelines.
Support the development and implementation of operational strategies.
Monitor and report on project progress and outcomes.
Provide administrative support to the lending team as needed.

Required Qualifications:

1-5 years of experience in business operations or a related field.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
