Job Description
The Defense Sector at Leidos currently has an opening for a Contractor Special Security Officer (CSSO) / Communications Security (COMSEC) Manager to support classified operations in Bridgewater, Virginia.
This position supports critical national security missions by administering Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) security programs and COMSEC operations in accordance with Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), National Security Agency (NSA), and customer-specific requirements.
The selected candidate will serve as a key security professional responsible for SCI administration, COMSEC accountability, SCIF compliance, personnel security, physical security, and classified material control. This role requires close coordination with government customers, program leadership, security personnel, and cleared program staff to ensure compliance with all applicable security directives and operational requirements.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $82,550.00 - $149,225.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
