Job Description

Position would require the candidate to be a W2 employee of Donatech.US Citizenship Required.

•Contract draftingoConsent lettersoNovation

•In-depth contract review and analysis

•Contract redaction and clean up

•Contractual data collection and aggregation

•Communicate with customers and create and maintain customer progress tracking

•Supporting data room management

•Experience using digital tools such as Microsoft Co-Pilot, e-discovery platforms,

•Coordination with internal stakeholders and senior leadership relating to contractual overview

•Prior experience with M&A preferred.

Education: BA/BS requiredExperience: 3-4 years contract MANAGEMENT experienceCitizenship: Must be US Citizen
