GNR has been retained by a 50-year-old, International organization in need of an experienced GOVERNMENT / DEFENSE CONTRACTS individual for their growing division in Austin, TX.

You’ll be joining a dynamic organization who’s making a difference in the world that provides R&D services to MILITARY entities, DEFENSE Primes, DOD, NASA etc.

Job Summary

You will manage multiple DEFENSE contracts at various phases across 3 product groups and report directly to the Director of Operations.

Minimum 4 years experienced with DEFENSE contracts, FAR – DFAR, SAM, CPARS etc.
Manage Contract full life cycle: negotiations, contract assembly, review legal terms & conditions to ensure compliance, submittal and tracking through all phases of completion.
Collaborate with other Admin’s & PM’s, manage & report on contract status, submissions, deliverables dates, and address potential issues.
Act as point of contact to government contracting officers, prime contractors, and subcontractors.
US Citizenship with ability to get a DoD Clearance
