Title: Controls Engineer (Rockwell Automation)Location: Jonesboro, Arkansas (Onsite) Exp: 5-10+

Key Responsibilities: Controls & Automation

Design, develop, and implement control systems using Rockwell Automation platforms (Allen-Bradley PLCs, ControlLogix, CompactLogix).
Develop and maintain PLC, HMI, and SCADA programs (FactoryTalk View, RSLogix/Studio 5000).
Troubleshoot and resolve control system issues to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, or related field.
10+ years of experience in industrial automation and controls engineering.
Strong hands-on experience with Rockwell Automation (Allen-Bradley PLCs, Studio 5000, FactoryTalk).
Experience in HMI/SCADA development and troubleshooting.
Solid understanding of industrial networks and communication protocols.
Experience working in manufacturing environments (CPG preferred).
