You'll work closely with your team to deliver results that meet high-quality standards.What You'll DoAs a Control Panel Technician, you will be responsible for: Assembling PLC control panels with precision, ensuring all components are correctly placed and wired, contributing to the success of each project. (Reading schematics is preferred but not mandatory.) Installing jumper wires and accurately positioning various electrical components within control panels. Cutting, stripping, and coupling wires to ensure secure, safe, and compliant electrical connections. Drilling and tapping holes to accommodate components, maintaining strong workmanship standards. Assisting with general electrical and mechanical assembly tasks as needed, adapting to project demands.What You'll BringThe ideal candidate for this role will have: 12 years of relevant experience in electrical assembly or control panel work. Proficiency in soldering and creating reliable electrical connections. Familiarity with reading electrical schematics (preferred but not required). Comfort using power tools such as drills, screwdrivers, grinders, belt sanders, and sanders. Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
