About Alivia Analytics
Alivia Analytics is a rapidly growing healthcare technology company supporting commercial and government payers in the fraud, waste, and abuse (FWA) space. Our AI-driven platform, Alivia 360, delivers payment integrity and financial outcomes across the healthcare ecosystem. As a standalone SaaS company backed by private equity, we operate in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment that requires strong financial discipline, scalable processes, and exceptional execution.
The Controller will play a central role in ensuring the company is audit-ready, cash-flow positive, and operationally excellent through this transition and beyond.
Position Overview
The Controller is a key financial leader responsible for owning all accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence across multiple revenue models (SaaS, professional services, contingency-based recovery). This individual will manage the month-end close, lead the external audit, and deliver timely, actionable financial reporting to support strategic decision-making by PE sponsors and the executive team.
This is a hands-on role. The ideal candidate thrives in a lean environment, builds before they hire, automates before they add headcount, and treats every close cycle and reporting package as a reflection of the function they are building. We recently implemented NetSuite (November 2025) and are actively adding advanced features, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who wants to shape a modern accounting infrastructure from the ground up.
