Job DetailsThis is a tax-forward leadership role with additional ownership across corporate accounting and cost accounting, offering a unique blend of strategic and operational responsibility.In this role, you will:

• * Drive tax planning and strategy at a high level, partnering with leadership on key decisions
• * Oversee complex tax compliance and improve overall tax processes
• * Contribute to and oversee aspects of corporate accounting and financial reporting
• * Support cost accounting and operational finance initiatives tied to the business
• * Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team
• * Act as a cross-functional partner, influencing both finance and operations

Qualifications

• * Strong background in tax planning, strategy, and compliance
• * Experience in agriculture highly preferred; manufacturing or cost accounting experience also very relevant
• * Exposure to corporate accounting and/or cost accounting
• * Proven ability to manage and develop teams
• * Hands-on leader who can operate both strategically and in the details
