+ more!Job DetailsThe Opportunity:We’re seeking a Controller to lead all financial operations, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and strategic financial planning across the organization. This role will be pivotal in helping drive sustainable growth, manage complex accounting functions, and support senior leadership with data-driven decision making.Key Responsibilities:Lead and mentor a small but growing accounting teamManage financial reporting, cash flow, forecasting, and budgeting processesOversee internal controls, audits, and compliance with GAAP/IFRS standardsCollaborate with leadership on strategic financial planning and growth initiativesImplement scalable financial policies, streamline payroll and AP/AR functionsPrepare timely and accurate financial statements, reports, and analysis for stakeholdersSupport external audits and maintain positive relationships with vendors, banks, and advisorsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldCPA designation required10+ years in accounting or finance, with 5+ years in a leadership roleExperience in healthcare or clinical environments strongly preferredProficient in financial systems, data analysis, and compliance frameworksSkilled in managing payroll, budgeting, and internal controlsInterested in hearing more?
