This role will oversee the accounting function end-to-end, ensure accurate financial reporting, maintain strong internal controls, and support budgeting, forecasting, and audit activities. The Controller will manage and mentor the accounting team while partnering closely with leadership to support business decisions and long-term growth.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all accounting operations including A/R, A/P, general ledger, cost and inventory accounting, and revenue recognitionPrepare timely, accurate financial statements in accordance with GAAPLead the annual audit process and ensure compliance with regulatory and tax requirementsDevelop and maintain internal controls, policies, and proceduresSupport budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysisDrive process improvements, system enhancements, and operational efficienciesProvide leadership and guidance to the accounting teamSupport M&A due diligence and integration efforts as neededQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA strongly preferred3+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in a hands-on leadership roleStrong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controlsProficiency with accounting systems and Excel (QuickBooks experience a plus)Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or project-based environments preferredInterested in hearing more?
