Job Details

Job DetailsWe are seeking a hands-on Controller to oversee and support key financial operations.

Manage month-end close, financial statements, and reportingOversee payroll and benefits processesHandle inventory reporting and reconciliations within a manufacturing environmentPrepare and file various tax reports and ensure complianceSupport annual audits and provide required documentationMaintain and strengthen accounting policies, procedures, and internal controlsPartner with leadership on financial reporting and process improvements

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance5+ years of accounting experience, preferably within manufacturing or a related industryStrong understanding of accounting principles and financial reportingExperience with payroll, tax reporting, and complianceProficiency in Excel and accounting systemsDetail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and operate in a hands-on environmentStrong communication skills
