Job Description
Our client in the Keene, NH area is looking for a Controller to join their team! Your qualifications for the Controller position are as follows:
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Business*
- CPA or MBA or equivalent experience ideal but not required*
- 7-10+ years recent accounting experience*
- Experience within non-profit settings a plus*
- Solid general ledger/system skills required*
- Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and accounting, payroll, & HR software applications*
- Previous supervisory experience and demonstrated leadership skills required*
- Professional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills*
- Knowledge of internal controls/procedures*
- Technical skills related to financial reporting, budgeting, and regulatory issues*
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail*
- Ability to manage time and work effectively while multitasking with multiple priorities*
- Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills*
- Ability to work hours as need to meet organizational needs
- Direct hire position*
- Full time hours Monday Friday*
- $90-$100k/year based on skills and experience*

- Analysis/planning/modeling*
- Budget/track capital expenses*
- Prepare timely and accurate reports/presentations*
- Cash management*
- Maintain banking relationships*
- Develop/maintain internal controls*
- Review/track/monitor contracts*
- Special projects as needed
