Job Description

Controller PositionHiring a Controller for a high growth manufacturer with their offices in Scottsdale, AZ.Job DescriptionThe Controller will manage all aspects of financial reporting and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.Develop and implement efficient accounting policies and procedures to improve financial operations.Prepare and present financial statements and reports to senior management.Lead month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion.Manage WIP and Project Cost reporting.Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company growth and financial stability.Supervise and mentor accounting staff to enhance team performance and development.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
