Who:A rapidly scaling, acquisition-driven organization is seeking a hands-on Controller with strong technical expertise and experience in high-growth environments.
What:This role will own the full accounting lifecycle while optimizing ERP systems, enhancing reporting, and supporting operational scalability.

Where:This is a fully in-office position based in Alpharetta, GA requiring daily on-site presence.

Office Environment:This is a demanding, fast-paced, high-growth, in-office environment requiring strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage heavy workloads.
Salary:Base salary up to $160,000 +/- plus up to 20% bonus, 401(k) match of 100% on the first 3% and 50% on the next 2%, and 17 days PTO prorated in the first year.
Position Overview:The Controller will lead accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and drive system and process improvements in a dynamic environment.
● Key Responsibilities:● Lead all accounting operations including GL, AP/AR, payroll, and reporting● Manage month-end close and financial reporting processes● Ensure GAAP compliance and strong internal controls● Develop and improve accounting policies and procedures● Optimize ERP system usage and reporting capabilities● Support audits and work with external accounting partners● Oversee multi-state compliance and tax processes● Support system improvements and integrations● Lead and develop a high-performing accounting team
Qualifications:● CPA required● 10+ years of accounting experience● Experience in high-growth environments (required)● Strong ERP and systems experience (required)● Advanced Excel skills with heavy daily usage (required)● Strong technical accounting knowledge● Experience with audits and external partners● Experience with revenue reporting and process improvement● Strong leadership, organization, and execution skills
