- * Troubleshoot and maintain PLC systems, HMIs, VFD drives, and robotic automation systems.
- * Diagnose and repair electrical wiring, instrumentation, and sensors across automated production lines.
- * Support automation upgrades, commissioning, and integration of new equipment.
- * Read and interpret electrical schematics and control diagrams.
- * Maintain accurate technical documentation for automation and electrical systems.
- * Ensure compliance with safety standards and FDA manufacturing regulations.
- * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and reliability.
- * Work cross-functionally with maintenance, engineering, and production teams to resolve automation issues.
- * Technical training, certification, or degree in Electrical Technology, Automation, Controls Engineering, or related field preferred.
- * Minimum 2+ years of experience in industrial automation, controls, or electrical systems.
- * Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting (Allen-Bradley preferred).
- * Experience with instrumentation, electrical schematics, and motion control systems.
- * Hands-on experience troubleshooting automation equipment and electrical systems.
- * Knowledge of industrial automation components such as HMIs, VFDs, and sensors.
- * Exposure to Beckhoff controls, Fanuc robotics, or vision systems.
- * Strong commitment to workplace safety.
- * Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused manufacturing environment.
