Job DetailsSchedule: Days or Nights: 6 AM to 6:30 PM or 6 PM to 6:30 AM Key Responsibilities and Duties

• * Troubleshoot and maintain PLC systems, HMIs, VFD drives, and robotic automation systems.
• * Diagnose and repair electrical wiring, instrumentation, and sensors across automated production lines.
• * Support automation upgrades, commissioning, and integration of new equipment.
• * Read and interpret electrical schematics and control diagrams.
• * Maintain accurate technical documentation for automation and electrical systems.
• * Ensure compliance with safety standards and FDA manufacturing regulations.
• * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and reliability.
• * Work cross-functionally with maintenance, engineering, and production teams to resolve automation issues.

QualificationsNeededEducation / Certifications

• * Technical training, certification, or degree in Electrical Technology, Automation, Controls Engineering, or related field preferred.

Experience

• * Minimum 2+ years of experience in industrial automation, controls, or electrical systems.

Technical Requirements

• * Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting (Allen-Bradley preferred).
• * Experience with instrumentation, electrical schematics, and motion control systems.
• * Hands-on experience troubleshooting automation equipment and electrical systems.
• * Knowledge of industrial automation components such as HMIs, VFDs, and sensors.

Additional Preferred Experience

• * Exposure to Beckhoff controls, Fanuc robotics, or vision systems.
