About the Position

We are seeking a Controls Project Manager to support owner-direct and construction projects throughout Wisconsin.

The Controls Project Manager will work with interdisciplinary teams to plan, coordinate, and execute controls projects from start to finish. This position offers flexibility to work from one of several Wisconsin offices while enjoying a hybrid work schedule as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage controls projects from planning through completion.
  • Coordinate with owners, construction teams, engineers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and execution strategies.
  • Support successful project delivery, including scope, quality, schedule, and cost management.
  • Coordinate controls systems and components across interdisciplinary project teams.
  • Identify and resolve project issues while maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Support estimating and project development activities as needed.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of controls project management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of controls systems and components.
  • Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and project priorities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Visio is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Niagara/Tridium is a plus.
  • Controls estimating experience is a plus.
