Job Description

Job Summary:

Set-up and operation of milling machines to produce stainless steel parts to specification.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Run several mills at one time as well as perform inspections to ensure material is within specification
  • Read and understand a drawing and machine parts to specification
  • Take measurement and make machine adjustments as required to hold tolerances
  • Perform additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience running a mill or machining background a plus
  • Experience with calipers, micrometers, toolmakers microscope
  • 2 years' experience in direct manufacturing
  • Must be able to stand for up to 8 to 10 hours per day
  • Must be able to occasionally lift up to 30 pounds
