Now Hiring: Conveyor Maintenance TechnicianLocation: Hobby Lobby Warehouse – Oklahoma City, OKPay: $19.25/hourSchedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM (with possible overtime)Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-HirePosition Overview:People Source is hiring a Conveyor Maintenance Technician to support operations at the Hobby Lobby warehouse in OKC. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing conveyor systems, ensuring warehouse productivity remains at peak performance.Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical and electrical issues in conveyor systems
- Perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure system efficiency and reduce downtime
- Assist with installation of new conveyor systems and upgrades to current equipment
- Follow all safety regulations and procedures while working with machinery
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks, repairs, and inspections
- Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to use a computer for documentation and system access
- Physical ability to lift, carry tools and equipment, and work on your feet in a warehouse setting
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- 1–2 years of relevant maintenance or mechanical experience preferred
- Forklift Certification (preferred)
- Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced maintenance team
- Flexible and adaptable with a proactive approach to problem-solving
