Responsibilities
Provide executive leadership for the day-to-day operations of the organization.
Lead, mentor, and support department heads while fostering collaboration across teams.
Oversee Sales, Accounting, Warehouse, Operations, and IT functions.
Drive operational excellence by improving processes, systems, and accountability.
Lead cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution.
Identify operational challenges and implement practical, scalable solutions.
Build a culture where employees feel supported, heard, and empowered to succeed.
Ensure priorities remain aligned across departments while removing roadblocks to execution.
Partner with executive leadership on strategic planning and company growth initiatives.
Develop leadership talent and strengthen management across the organization.
Monitor operational performance and drive continuous improvement.
Help shape and build the operational infrastructure to support future growth.
Qualifications
Proven experience leading multiple departments within a growing organization.
Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
Strong operational and strategic decision-making abilities.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and conflict-resolution skills.
Highly organized with exceptional follow-through and attention to detail.
Able to prioritize competing initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and sound judgment.
Comfortable making difficult decisions while remaining approachable and collaborative.
Experience in warehouse, distribution, e-commerce, or related industries is a strong plus.
