Job Description

Busy Boys is looking for hardworking, dependable Grill Cooks/Prep Cooks who take pride in preparing great food and keeping a clean, organized kitchen. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, thrive under pressure, and want to be part of a growing restaurant brand, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

Cook burgers, cheesesteaks, chicken, wings, rice bowls, and other menu items to company standards.
Prepare ingredients including vegetables, sauces, proteins, and other daily prep items.
Follow recipes and portion standards to ensure consistency.
Maintain food quality, speed, and accuracy during busy meal periods.
Stock and organize workstations throughout each shift.
Follow food safety, sanitation, and temperature guidelines.
Clean grills, prep areas, equipment, and kitchen throughout the day.
Work with teammates to keep orders moving quickly and accurately.
Assist with receiving deliveries and rotating inventory using FIFO.

Previous grill or restaurant experience is preferred but not required—we'll train the right person.

Physical Requirements

Stand for extended periods of time.
Frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
Work around hot equipment, grills, fryers, and kitchen machinery.
Bend, reach, twist, and move throughout the shift.
