The Cooks/Kitchen Helper Position is responsible for assisting in the serving and preparation of food. In addition, maintaining good housekeeping in the kitchen and dining areasEssential Functions:

• Knowledgeable in proper cooked and uncooked food temperatures• Knowledge of all safety guidelines in kitchen• Cleans and checks service equipment• Able to identify and safely use all kitchen equipment.• Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.• Cleans and maintains kitchen facilities• Assists in moving and storing supplies• Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Ability to have a highly motivated and energetic personality.• Working Knowledge of basic kitchen equipment.• Position Type: Full-time• Physical Demands:

Must be able to carry 25-50 lbs.Able to stand for multiple hours.Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalentThree months experience in a food service areaActive Serve Safe Food Handler certificationActive Food Handler Safety Training CardAdditional Qualifications:

• Must pass a background check and drug test.• 2 Step TB test• Work Physical• Fingerprints (Background Check)• Job Type: Full-time
