Job Description

We are seeking skilled and experienced On-Call Cooks for our Emerald Crest Memory Care facilities, Cassia communities. This position works in our commissary kitchen, located in Burnsville. Your passion for cooking nutritious and appetizing meals will be highly valued by our memory care residents. We would love for you to join our team today! No weekends and no holidays!Position Type: On-CallPay Range: $22.27 per hour depending on experienceLocation: 451 East Travelers Trail, Burnsville, MN 55337 Cook Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook meals in our commissary kitchen in Burnsville.
Package meals to be picked up by our courier service for delivery to our 3 locations (Burnsville, Minnetonka, and Shakopee).
Assist with ordering food and general supplies.
Assist with receiving and verifying all food deliveries.
Assist with maintaining proper inventory for each site.
Maintain positive communication between the commissary kitchen and households to ensure residents diet needs are being met.
Maintain all state and federal compliance.

Cook Qualifications:

Experience in commercial and/or quantity cooking equivalent preferred.
Ability to speak and read English.
Basic math skills.
Ability to work independently.
Ability to follow instructions.
Detail oriented.
Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with others
