What Will You Be Doing?
The Maintenance Training Coordinator will make all FMIS training insertions and recordkeeping for Frontier Airlines and all Maintenance and Fuel Vendors in accordance with Company and FAA standards and training requirements per the General Maintenance Manual.
Essential Functions
Manage, monitor and coordinate SMS activities as directed. These duties include but are not limited to:
- Coordinate the development, implementation, maintenance, and integration of the SMS throughout Frontier
- Identify hazards and safety risk assessments including change management
- Ensure effectiveness of safety risk controls
- Promote safety
- Advise the accountable executive on the performance of the SMS and on any need for improvement
- Accountable for achieving safety performance relative to job tasks
- Manage risk acceptable level: green or lower as defined by Frontier's company risk matrix
- Update paper and electronic training files of each mechanic or fueler TTT to reflect accomplished training.
- Audit all FMIS training inputs for accuracy and completion.
- Upload all new business partners and employees into LMS.
- Upload all new outstation mechanics and Fuel TTT employees into FMIS.
- Assist the students with any LMS technical issues.
- Exemplifies organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and administrative skills required.
- Follows policies and procedures, completes administrative tasks correctly and on time.
- Conduct monthly, quarterly and semiannual audits for training compliance.
- Maintain project documentation and station folders to ensure training requirements are completed in a timely and efficient manner and accurate and detailed records are maintained.
- Facilitate build out, loading of course content and troubleshooting of all training material in the LMS and partner with other departments to implement and monitor learning.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Preferred - experience with LMS and TRAX data base.
- Preferred - experience with a 121 carrier or 145 repair station.
- Must demonstrate behavior that portrays the company core values of Safety, Respect, Trust, Collaboration, Value, and Passion while communicating with personnel and acting on behalf of the company
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Solid knowledge of course development software and at least one year managing a Learning Management System required
- Required- knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint: knowledge of how to navigate through each application.

Physical Effort
Light physical effort required by handling objects up to 20 pounds occasionally and/or up to 10 pounds frequently.

General Supervision: The incumbent performs a variety of routine work within established policies and procedures and receives detailed instructions on new projects and assignments.
