We are looking for a Coordinator/Dispatcher to join our team! The candidate we are looking for must be an excellent communicator, have a positive attitude, handle incoming and outgoing calls and be self-motivated. Must be flexible, able to multi-task, and have the capacity to work calmly in a fast-paced environment.
Work Hours:This position requires weekend availability. The standard schedule is Thursday to Monday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Occasional overtime may be required.
Pay Scale: Up to $25 per hour plus Spiffs- Depending on experience

Position Summary: Maintain the service technicians' daily schedules and dispatch the technicians as service calls are completed. Schedule return trips with customers when parts are in. Maintain the on-call schedule for service technicians. Maintain customer database with current information. Clear and concise communications with department managers, employees, and company customers, including keeping customers appraised as to company schedule and requested lead times. Provide accounting with maintenance contract billing information. Prepare service invoices and timecards for processing. Prepare and process permits. This position may have 80-100 outbound calls a day. This is a fast-paced environment and we need someone who is highly skilled at multi-tasking and enjoys working with others.
Required Qualifications:
- Advanced customer service skills
- Must be able to handle a high volume of outbound calls
- Ability to multi-task
- 2 years related experience and/or training in customer service or dispatching
- Permitting experience preferred but not required
- Intermediate computer skills (proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Geographical knowledge of service area or map reading skills
- Experience with Service Titan software is preferred
- Knowledge of the industry is recommended but not required
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Well-organized and ability to work independently
Qualifications desired:
- Working knowledge of the HVAC industry
- 2+ years of HVAC dispatching experience
- 3+ years of dispatching experience
- Excellent verbal skills
- Professional phone skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Energetic personality
