Job Description
Job Summary: We are seeking a Marketing Owner, Rep Communications to lead communication initiatives across multiple lines of business. This role focuses on delivering timely and impactful communications while supporting integrated marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and distribution teams to execute high-quality content, optimize communication strategies, and enhance engagement across channels. Key Responsibilities: Act as the communications channel lead, supporting multiple business lines. Collaborate with business and distribution partners to evaluate and execute requests for new and updated content. Draft, edit, and refine copy in alignment with established standards and best practices. Manage content through defined workflows, including quality assurance, compliance reviews, and development requirements. Analyze engagement metrics and provide recommendations to optimize communication effectiveness. Ensure all deliverables are high quality, timely, and aligned with overall marketing strategy. Continuously improve communication processes, identify efficiencies, and scale solutions to meet business needs. Build a strong understanding of products and offerings to support accurate and effective messaging. Partner with cross-functional teams to execute integrated campaigns and support sales enablement efforts. Required Qualifications: Strong writing, editing, and communication skills. Ability to think strategically and proactively, connecting business needs with communication solutions. Experience applying standards and best practices in content development and marketing processes. Strong collaboration skills with the ability to provide and receive constructive feedback. Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and guide decision-making. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to consistently deliver high-quality results within defined timelines. Experience working in marketing, communications, content development, or sales support roles. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. 8–10 years of related experience in a complex or matrixed organization. Experience working in fast-paced environments with competing priorities. Background in marketing communications or content strategy within large organizations. Education: Bachelors Degree
