Corp/Warehouse Specialist - Part Time

Job Title: Warehouse Specialist I

Pay Range: $17.00-18.00 hourly-Not Negotiable

PART TIME ONLY! NO FULL TIME OPPORTUNITIES- MAX 28 hours weekly

Job will run March 2026- June 2026 ONLY! No Exceptions.

HOURS/DAYS ARE FLEXIBLE! Between 7am-5pm M-F

NOTE: You will need to lift up to 20lbs, lots of bending and moving boxes!

Job Summary

The Warehouse Specialist I is responsible for learning and becoming proficient in at least one functional area of the warehouse. This could consist of shipping, receiving, returns and/or collections.

Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for all daily frame and accessory orders

Complete all ordering, receiving and distribution of all frame orders on a daily basis.

Maintain good relationships and communication between distribution teams.

Ensure all frames within the distribution center are properly tagged and priced before distributing.

Complete all frame returns and credits monthly.

Maintain inventory within the frame department and ensure that all stock is tagged and sorted correctly.

Participate in annual inventory counts and any other counts deemed necessary by management.

Adheres to all safety policies and procedures in performing job duties and responsibilities while supporting a culture of high quality and great customer service.

Performs other duties that may be necessary or in the best interest of the organization.

Education:

HS Diploma

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements

Ability to be trained and become proficient in one focused area of the warehouse. This could consist of shipping, receiving, returns and/or collections.

Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable

Management and organizational skills to support the leadership of this function

Ability to follow or provide verbal & written instructions with sufficient grammar and spelling skills to avoid mistakes or misinterpretations

Interpersonal skills to support customer service, functional, and teammate support needs o Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing

Ability for basic to intermediate problem solving, including mathematics

Basic to intermediate computer operation o Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

Specialty knowledge of systems relating to job function

Knowledge of state and federal regulations for this position; general understanding of HIPAA guidelines

Location:

Work takes place in a normal warehouse environment. The warehouse area can be cold and hot with the seasons. Travel to other locations may be necessary to fulfill essential duties and responsibilities of the job. Thus, those needing to travel for work must have access to dependable transportation, and driving record must meet company liability carrier standards.

Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
