• Lead the corporate accounting function, ensuring the timely and accurate preparation of financial statements for distribution centers and company leadership.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting to support business objectives and growth initiatives.
• Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide recommendations to improve profitability, operational efficiency, and cost management.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance accounting policies, internal controls, and financial processes to ensure compliance and safeguard company assets.
• Partner with auditors and leadership teams to support audits, regulatory requirements, and financial governance initiatives.
• Coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing accounting team while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Type: Direct HireTo be a champion in this role, you will need:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 7+ years of accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity
• Strong financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis experience
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive continuous process improvement initiatives
• Advanced Excel skills with experience using ERP systems; Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience preferred
• Excellent analytical, communication, and business partnering skills with a demonstrated commitment to integrity and ethical leadership
