We're seeking a highly analytical accounting and finance professional to support financial reporting, controls, and strategic initiatives for our Group Purchasing Organization (GPO). This role will partner closely with internal stakeholders and external auditors, playing a key role in financial reporting, forecasting, and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze operational and financial performance to assess and record asset impairment charges as neededPrepare and reconcile the statement of cash flows, including all supporting documentationSupport budget development, forecasting, and budget‑to‑actual analysisManage accounting and reporting related to investment‑based tax creditsServe as the primary financial liaison for the GPO, communicating financial results to business partnersRecord and oversee all financial transactions related to the GPOPrepare the GPO’s annual audited financial statements, including footnotesAct as the main point of contact for external auditors for GPO‑related auditsDevelop, document, and maintain internal control policies for the GPOPartner with business teams to establish and document accounting processes for key transactionsDrive financial strategy for the GPO, including system, reporting, and process improvementsPrepare quarterly consolidating entries and account reconciliationsCollaborate with the corporate accounting team on quality control, process improvements, and special projectsPerform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
QualificationsRequired
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance4+ years of accounting or finance experienceExperience with financial statement preparation and reportingBackground in a public company environment or public accounting firmStrong analytical, problem‑solving, and project management skillsExcellent organizational skills with strong attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesStrong written and verbal communication skillsComfortable working independently and collaborativelyAbility to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies
Preferred
Corporate, divisional, shared services, or audit experienceCPA certificationEssbase experience
